Coconut oil has been rising on the health food trend lately and for good reason! I remember when it used to be vilified as fat and was avoided at all costs. Wow, did media do a number on us all! Thankfully researchers have studied these glorious fats and have pointed out some amor mind blowing details. There are healthy fats!
